~ setting and answering his own 'fill in the blanks' question ~
Another favourite toy is the alphabets from the alphabets mat. This is one of didi's favourite. He likes to build words with them. If I'm not mistaken, he started having this interest when Word World was first introduced on PHDC. He also likes to use the Jenga blocks (wood block game) to build words. They are just not interested to play Jenga the "right" way.
~ building words with foam alphabets and Jenga blocks ~
When he was still a crawling baby, I arranged them at one corner of the house as his play area. I even used the alphabets to decorate the wall during his birthday this year. 1 toy, so many usage. What a fantastic investment. :-)
~ didi at 13 months old, playing on the colourful mat ~
The push car is also a big favourite. Although they've outgrown it (their legs are too long for the small car), they still like to zoom around the house with it. I redeemed this with Anakku points before didi was born. It was in good condition when jie jie was using it. We kept it in the store room till didi was old enough to ride it. And the "buffalo" broke the steering wheel within days of playing. o.O So it can't control the wheels anymore.
~ so big already but still want to sit on the small car ~

kids have plenty of toys..
The toy car still looks very new!
Will improve didi's spelling skills!
Very educational toys!~
my big qiqi daily playing those cars, chasing her brothers too! fun..fun...how to resist eh
For every toy I see here, I keep nodding in agreement :) Chloe plays and likes the same stuff too, esp the FP doodle board (hers is still the old one) and the push car (her legs are too long too but still wanna sit).
CE is very good in spelling!
Those doodling drawing boards are truly essential in every household with small children. Can't imagine life without them...Such a good habit for your kids to "test" each other Mathematics on the board. Mine, small or big just use it purely for entertainment and not educationaly purposes...hehe.
Mummy didn't curi-curi sit on the push car, meh? hehehe.
hi-5 bout the push car. My Wy also play with it till now.. he dont fancy bout bicycle. I have to buy the more high duty to support his weight...LOL.. i guess kids always will be kids?? loves the basic toy..
btw, congrats to ur CE, saw his name in the winning list for the Disney Junior treasure box contest...
the small car still look so good after all these years!
My elder boy still has the habit of drawing on his drawing board even at 11 years old.
When one spoils, we buy another one to replace it. It has become his sweet companion:)
we hv the FP drawing board too, and yes, it's more durable!
they do hv many toys!
The drawing board Gwen has is not the branded one. Still ok but I think need to replace already.
The car is too small for the kids already ler. :) Didi spelling skill is very good.
Well kids really do love to play. Sometimes their toys help them in developing some skills. Did's doing a good job with his spelling.
